Batman by Tom King Deluxe Megaset

Ok. This one hurts to let go of. Tom King’s Batman was the first I ever bought off a comic store rack. My unbroken run of singles starts at #75, the start of King’s final story arc. Revisiting from the beginning has been a joy. I love the tone, and King is joined by some of the most amazing artists in comics. David Finch. Mikel Janin. Jorge Fornes. Jason Fabok! The Button hardcover is still the coolest cover I own.

I wouldn’t be mad if this didn’t sell. But I’m gonna sacrifice my complete set for a chance to make better videos, and hope DC doesn’t back out of their plans to collect this run in omnibus format eventually.
